Hospital centre Hanau

Innovative parking at the hospital centre Hanau

Since November 2017, a modern parking garage, including open spaces and the renovation of a surrounding wall, has been shining near the Hanau Clinic, the architecture of which was designed by the Cologne synarchitekten. Realized by Huber Parking, it not only offers space for vehicles, but also an ecological and user-oriented vision for the Hanau city district.

With 253 parking spaces on five levels and a floor area of around 1,600m², the parking garage is a prime example of sustainable urban planning. Accessibility, special parking spaces for families and an elevator ensure maximum comfort. The light-flooded structure thanks to an open facade and the motion-controlled LED lighting reduce energy consumption and increase safety.

Highlight

The ecological green roof.

A special highlight: the ecological green roof. It promotes the urban microclimate and provides effective protection from the weather. Choosing such a roof shows that car parks can be more than just steel and reinforced concrete structures. They can contribute to the urban ecosystem.

Technical innovation goes hand in hand with environmental awareness. Electrical charging points, intelligent coating technologies and high-contrast markings make parking an experience. The clear aim is to reduce the number of people looking for a parking space and to enrich urban life in Hanau.

Overall, the Hanau project shows what progressive, sustainable and user-friendly car parking can look like today. It is a statement in favour of future-oriented construction and a greener, sustainable future.
