At the medius KLINIKEN location in Kirchheim u.T. Huber Parking realized another multi-story parking garage for the parking garage investor and operator AmbiPark. What is special is the integrated, technically modern emergency doctor station of the German Red Cross with 133 m². It offers space for a DRK vehicle, lounges and bedrooms, as well as sanitary facilities and storage space. Thanks to the convenient location on Eugenstrasse, emergency vehicles can be quickly connected to Stuttgarter Strasse, which is important in terms of traffic.

After the psychiatric clinic moved from Nürtingen to Kirchheim and the demolition of older buildings, Huber Parking was able to design an attractive parking solution with 166 parking spaces over six mezzanines. This made it possible to reduce the parking pressure in the neighboring residential area and significantly improve the original parking space. The parking garage is exclusively for hospital employees. More parking spaces near the clinic are now accessible to visitors.

User-friendliness played a key role in the design. The stylish glass front of the stairwell is welcoming and two roller shutters offer night-time security. Autopay’s barrier-free and ticketless parking management technology guarantees convenient, cashless parking for a limited number of users.

A green soundproof facade was installed to reduce noise emissions towards the residential neighbourhood. Three other facades are attractively designed with Flexbrick, whereby large frame elements and the adaptation to the logo colours of the medius KLINIKEN provide visual highlights. The parking space markings also reflect this colour scheme.
