Construction method

Split-level design

Huber Parking realised this multi-storey car park in split-level construction from the 3rd to the 8th floor for GP Papenburg Hochbau GmbH NL Ost. Access to the first two car park levels is via a long ramp. Our responsibilities included the floor slabs, steel structure and facade.

The innovative facade with its Z-shaped louvres is a particular eye-catcher: Their staggered arrangement not only gives the building a modern look, but also ensures efficient cross ventilation.
